Add maida,curd, baking soda, baking powder,sugar,salt and oil in a mixing bowl.

Make a soft dough..

Rest dough for 4-5 hours.

Heat oil in a pan,add boiled sweet corn,sliced capsicum and chopped spring onion,saute it.

Now make a roti with the dough,spread grated cheese on half part of roti.

Now spread sauted veggies, origeno and chilli flakes.

Now fold it like gujiya,brushing the butter on it.make the cut.sprinkle the chilli flakes and origeno.

Now bake it preheated oven for 10 Minutes at 180 degree.

Now ready to serve stuff garlic bread and dip of sauce...
