  • 2 tspSugar
  • 3 tspGhee
  • 1/2 cupPeanuts roasted & crushed
  • to tasteSalt
  • Jeera
  • Green chillies
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabudana ko dhoke half cup Pani me bhigo de 5hrs.

  2. 2

    Ghee garam karein ek pan me.Jeera Ka tadka lagai.Green chillies chop karein aur dalein.

  3. 3

    Ab sabudana me crushed peanuts dalein.Salt and sugar bhi dalein aur mix karein.

  4. 4

    Ab garam ghee me sabudana dalein aur stir karein. 5mins cover kar ke rakhein.

  5. 5

    Pan Ka lid khole aur mix karein firse.Gas off karein.

  6. 6

    Garamagaram Khichadi Parise.
