2 lbSmoked pork butt
6 tbspFlour
2 canDiced tomatoes
2 canCream of chicken soup
4 canWater
2 cupGreen chiles, roasted, peeled, chopped
6 cloveGarlic
2Jalepenos, roasted, peeled, chopped
6Tomatillos
1Onion, chopped
2 tbspChili powder
2 tbspCumin
1 tbspSalt
2Red potatoes (optional)

Steps

Brown pork in a little bit of oil or bacon grease, coat with flour and brown some more.

Add tomatoes and 2 cans of water. Add soup and 2 more cans of water.

Add peppers, garlic and the rest of the ingredients.

Simmer on the stove top or cook all day in a crock pot.
