Slice your Banana into your blender

Slice your pear off the core, leave the skin on for texture (the skin is also where all the super good nutrients are)

Add your Orange Juice and Soy milk into your blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle some honey in at the end for a little added sweetness. Pour and Enjoy :)

Note: I use Orange Juice with pulp for added texture and heartiness to the smoothie. You can also use any pear you'd like for this recipe but I've found the Anjou to be the juiciest and easiest to blend.
