Boil rice and keep aside

Take a pan add ghee, chopped onion fry little, add chopped tomatoes, and all chopped veggies now saute and let it cook for sometime.

Add coriander leaves and fried onions

Now add rice, take half rice and add turmeric powder for yellow colour

Now add coriander leaves & pudina leaves, fried onions

Add chopped dry fruits

Keep 2 boiled eggs

Add little kesar milk for rich texture
