Ingredients

  • 1Corn on the cob
  • 1Mixed Herbs (Thyme, Basil, Oregano)
  • 1Fresh Garlic or Granules
  • 1Butter
  • 1Aluminium Foil
  • 1Ground Salt
  • 1Ground Black Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

  2. 2

    Place corn on large sheet of foil, sufficient to wrap entire corn without gaps.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle mixed herbs (thyme, basil, oregano) over all sides of the corn.

  4. 4

    Rub freshly crushed garlic across all sides of corn or use a good helping of garlic granules, all over corn.

  5. 5

    Take a good scoop of butter and coat the entire corn, including the edges.

  6. 6

    Wrap the corn in the foil completely and place in preheated oven on the top shelf for 30-35 minutes.

  7. 7

    Take out of oven and add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.
