Ingredients

  • 3 cupapples [peeled and diced] approx 3 apples
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 4 tspflour
  • 3/4 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 12egg roll wrappers
  • 1oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    combine all filing ingredients, mix well

  2. 2

    place 2 heaping tbs of filling onto center of wrapper

  3. 3

    fold in sides and roll tightly. use dab of water to secure tip of wrapper

  4. 4

    preheat oil to 350°, fry egg rolls for 4-5 minutes or until browned and crispy

  5. 5

    sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm
