Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgkale
  2. 1/4 kgbeef, ground
  3. 1/4 kgpork, ground
  4. 1onion, minced
  5. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  7. 1/4 tsporegano
  8. 1/2 cuprice (raw) optional
  9. 1 cuptomatoe sauce or 1 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the vegetable (kale) for 5 minutes. Remove from water and separate leaves.

    Mix remaining ingredients together, except tomatoes. Stuff leaves with filling and roll. Fasten with toothpick.

    Arrange in a saucepan. Pour tomatoes, cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours in a low heat.
