  1. 3 cupFresh Strawberries; hulled & quartered lengthwise
  2. 3/4 cupWhite Sugar
  3. 1 1/2 cupWhite Wine

Steps

  1. 1

    Place strawberries in a medium bowl. Add in the sugar, then the white wine. Cover & refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

  2. 2

    Let the strawberries stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

  3. 3

    Spoon into dessert cups & pour the remaining wine over the strawberries.
