Melt butter and pour into wide, shallow dish. Place bread crumbs into another shallow dish.

Dip chicken into butter, then into bread crumbs.

Cook chicken on skillet on medium-high heat, turning once. Remove and set aside.

Add 2 cups of water into same skillet and bring to boil on high heat. Stir in sidekick and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Alternatively, use another white sauce and cook pasta.

Stir in green beans and continue stirring for 4 minutes

Make gremolata with lemon peel, parsley and garlic. Sprinkle on top of pasta and serve.
