This recipe I got from the "Dukan Diet". I adjusted a bit to my taste and it helps keep me full through out the day and helps me lose weight

Whisk egg, then yogurt, milk, and salt together

Add oatbran and whisk together. Should be as thick as pancake batter or thicker

Warm frying pan on medium and add butter when warm. Pour batter into pan. Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side. Makes about 2 oatbran cakes. Add green chili and onion for a savory cake

Have with 2 boiled eggs, or 2 scrambled eggs, or 2 fried eggs every morning
