Ingredients

  1. 1 lbchicken breast
  2. 1/3 cupmelted butter
  3. 1 cupbread crumbs
  4. 6 ozgreen beans
  5. 1 packagesKnorr butter and herbs sidekick
  6. 1white sauce
  7. 1pasta
  8. 1 clovechopped garlic
  9. 1 tbspchopped parsley leaves
  10. 1/2 tspfinely grated lemon peel
  11. 2 cupwater

  1. 1

    Melt butter and pour into wide, shallow dish. Place bread crumbs into another shallow dish.

  2. 2

    Dip chicken into butter, then into bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Cook chicken on skillet on medium-high heat, turning once. Remove and set aside.

  4. 4

    Add 2 cups of water into same skillet and bring to boil on high heat. Stir in sidekick and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Alternatively, use another white sauce and cook pasta.

  5. 5

    Stir in green beans and continue stirring for 4 minutes

  6. 6

    Make gremolata with lemon peel, parsley and garlic. Sprinkle on top of pasta and serve.
