1/2 cupplanco
1/2 stickbutter

Preheat oven to 425°F

Combine nuts Planko butter and flour
3

Prepare a piece of tin foil by placeing on cookie sheets and liberally brushing with cooking oil
4

Place fish on tin foil season with salt and pepper
5

Place on middle rack of preheated oven for 5 minutes
6

Remove bunch the tin foil aound the fish
7

Loosely put breading on top of fish
8

Place in oven for 5-10 minutes until golden brown
