  1. 1/2onion, chopped
  2. 6 slicebacon
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 2eggs
  5. 2 tbspheavy whipping cream
  6. 1/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  8. 2 pinchsalt
  9. 8 ozpasta

    Cook pasta al dente

  2. 2

    Cook bacon

  3. 3

    Add onion, bacon, olive oil, salt and black pepper and cook in pot for 5 minutes.

    Whisk eggs, cream, salt, black pepper and cheese.

    Mix everything together while still hot.
