  • 1 packagesbasa filet
  • 100 mlwater
  • 4 tspchopped garlic
  • 2 tbspcooking caramel
  • 1 tspchicken powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspdark brown sugar
  • 2 tbspfish sauce
  • 4chili peppers
  • 5 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish

  2. 2

    Heat on high the waster and add garlic, cooking caramel, chicken powder, salt, sugar, fish sauce

  3. 3

    Add fish and chili peppers

  4. 4

    Lower to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Scoop up the sauce and pour onto fish

  6. 6

    Lower to low heat and add black pepper, cook for 5-10 minutes
