Steps
- 1
Preheat over to 350°F
- 2
In a large bowl, combine Flour, Salt, and Baking Powder. Set aside.
- 3
In a separate bowl, combine the Butter and Sugar. Gradually beat in the eggs one at a time. Finally, add the Condensed Milk.
- 4
In the same mixture, add the Mashed Bananas. Continue to mix the ingredients until creamy and lumpy. (The lumpiness will be from the bananas in the mixture) Set aside as well.
- 5
In a separate, smaller bowl, combine the Baking Soda, Water, and Evaporated Milk.
- 6
In the same mixture, add the Vinegar. The reaction between the Baking Soda and Vinegar will cause the mixture to fizz and bubble. While it is bubbling, continue to mix the ingredients until Baking Soda is dissolved.
- 7
You should now have 3 diffrent mixtures: the dry mix, Banana mix, and Vinegar mix. Start by combining the Banana mix with the dry mix. Do not completely incorporated the ingredients just yet.
- 8
After the Banana mix and dry mix is partially combined, add in the Vinegar mixture. Continue to mix the ingredients until its consistency is creamy and smooth. Be careful not to overbeat the batter; only mix it enough to where you can no longer see any dry ingredients or becomes one consistent batter.
- 9
Pour the batter into loaf pans (or pan of choice). Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick poked into it comes out clean. Allow it to cool completely before removing it from pans.
