  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1Filipino Sinigang mix
  • 1pepper
  • 1Bok Choi
  • 1rice!!!

Steps

  1. 1

    boil tomatoes and onions in water on high heat

  2. 2

    add diced pork meat, remove fat water boils off w/ latal

  3. 3

    boil to prefered tenderness reduce heat to medium add Bok Choi

  4. 4

    add Pinoy Sinigang mix to prefered sourness

  5. 5

    eat with rice :)
