Pour milk into a bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.

arrange half of the cake cubes in 3 quart serving bowl. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the chocolate syrup. Layer with one cup of the pudding and one and a half cups of the whipped topping. Repeat layers ending with whipped topping.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator
