Milky Potato Cream

I always get potatoes from Hokkaido during potato season, and I figured I could make sweets out of them.
I made a Mont Blanc using this cream.I use Irish cobbler potatoes.
When smashing and adding the other ingredients and mixing, work while they're still hot.
