Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbbeef stew chunks
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 1 cantomatoe sauce
  • 1 envelopelipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 2 tbspchili powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder or seed
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 canwhite beans
  • 1 canred or chili beans
  • 2 cuptoppings... onions, cheese, etc.

    Stir in beef chunks.

  2. 2

    In crockpot, add soup mix, tomatoes and sauce, seasonings, and water. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Cook on low 4 hours, then add beans.

  4. 4

    Cook two more hours, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve with toppings, as well as corn bread or corn chips.
