preheat oven to 180°F

cream the butter and sugar together ( in a mixing bowl ) until light and fluffy

add in the eggs to the mixture along with 1 tablespoon of your flour. stir together
- 4
now add in the rest of your flour. fold in the flour, don't over stir or it will become heavy. if the mixture is dry add a few drops of water

lay out your cases onto a cupcake or plain tray. pour in equal amounts of the batter into your cases

put your cupcakes into the oven for 20 minutes. To check if they are definitely cooked, press your finger on top of the cupcake and it should bounce back up

add some icing or frosting to make it even better!!
