  • 1lit milk
  • As needed Dry fruits
  • 3-4 threadsKesar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a utensil to add milk and boil it. Add rice properly boil.

  2. 2

    Thrn add sugar boil it for thick the milk

  3. 3

    Then add cardamon,dry fruits, cook for low heat till the rice cooked and the mixture is thick. Remove from heat allow to col a little.

  4. 4

    Garnish for dry fruit, kessar.

  5. 5

    Serve the kheer for kulad
