  • 1 cuprice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspCumin seed
  • 30 gmGreen peas
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a utensil to add oil and cumin seed for saute then add peas for cook it.

  2. 2

    Then add salt fir few. Add soak rice and add for required.

  3. 3

    Cook for properly. Rice is done.

  4. 4

    Then cook rice half is white rice half rice is orange.

  5. 5

    Serve for hot.

  6. 6

    1 layer is orange and 2 layer is white and 3 layer is ornage. Serve the rice. Garnish for coriander.

2nd winner of cookpad competition 19feb 2018...'tasteof india contest'I am currenty doing partime job in Pastun ( 35 B chandigarh ) in production department .I also have taken vocational training in bakery departmrnt for 45 days( June 2017-July 2017) in Raunak hotel Pinjore .I also had done partime job in production department from October 2016 - April 2017 in Raunak hotel ( Pinjore).
