Steps

Fry onions in a pan

Add garlic fry for a minute or till all golden brown

Add tomatoes fry till they form a paste
- 4
Add capsicums and coriander fry for a minute or two
- 5
Add preboiled pigeon peas and potatoes as well as Caynne pepper and salt
- 6
Mix well fry for 3-5 minutes and it's ready to serve
- 7
Serve while hot with anything of your choice -rice, ugali, or chapati etc of your choice
