  1. 2 glassboiled green pegion peas
  2. 1potatoe chopped and precooked partially
  3. 1red capsicum chopped
  4. 1green capsicum chopped
  5. 1big onion chopped
  6. 1 bunchcoriander
  7. Salt
  8. Cooking oil
  9. Caynne pepper
  10. 1/2table spoonfull Garlic chopped

    Fry onions in a pan

  2. 2

    Add garlic fry for a minute or till all golden brown

    Add tomatoes fry till they form a paste

    Add capsicums and coriander fry for a minute or two

    Add preboiled pigeon peas and potatoes as well as Caynne pepper and salt

    Mix well fry for 3-5 minutes and it's ready to serve

    Serve while hot with anything of your choice -rice, ugali, or chapati etc of your choice
