  1. 3Eggs (at room temperature)
  2. 1 1/4 cupFine Graham Cracker Crumbs
  3. 1 1/2 cupChopped Walnuts or Pecans
  4. 1 1/2 cupFlaked Coconut
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. 3/4 cupSugar
  7. 1/2 cup(1 Stick) Butter, Melted and Cooled
  8. 1 tspBaking Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 250 Butter and Flour 9"x5" Loaf Pan

  2. 2

    Beat eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy

  3. 3

    Stir in all remaining ingredients.

    Turn batter into pan

  5. 5

    Bake until edges are lightly browned and teter inserted in center comes out clean (about 2-1/2 Hours

    Cool in pan 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Invert onto rack and allow to cool completely ENJOY
