  • 2leeks
  • 4 mediumpotatoes
  • 1onion
  • 200 gramsBacon strips
  • 200 gramsshredded cheese
  • 1 literwater
  • 1salt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    boil the water in a big pan

  2. 2

    chop the leeks and the onion, add the bacon and cook them in the water for about 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Add salt as needed

  4. 4

    use the immersion blender to blend everything

  5. 5

    Add the shredded cheese and serve
