1 lbGround chicken
1Onion
2Garlic cloves
3Celery stalks
3 tbspBuffalo sauce
2 tbspChopped parsley
2 tbspChopped green onion
2 tbspShredded cheese (your choice)

Preheat oven to 375

Pan fry celery, diced onions and garlic

In another bowl mix buffalo chicken sauce and cheese together

Mix all ingredients using your hands well and form into meatloaf pan

Cover with 2 more tbsp of cheese to give a nice crust

Bake 25-30 min
