Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupsoft butter
  • 1 1/2 cuppowder sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 tspalmond extract
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspcream of tartar
  • 2 1/2 cupflour

Steps

  1. 1

    In a very large mixing bowl, cream butter, powder sugar, egg, vanilla, and almond extract.

  2. 2

    Add baking soda, cream of tartar, and flour. Mix thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Chill dough for 3 hours.

  4. 4

    Roll our dough to 1/4in thickness and cut into desired shapes. (Mason jar will work for circles)

  5. 5

    Bake at 375° for 7-8min
