Scald milk then add sugar, salt and butter to luke warm mixture.

Measure water into luke warm bowl. Sprinkle yeast and dissolve.

Stir in milk mixture, beaten eggs and half of flour. Beat until smooth.

Stir in rest of flour until stiff dough. Turn out and kneed for 8 minutes.

Place in greased bowl, cover and let rest in warm area for 1hr or doubled in size.

Punch down and shape. Place in greased pan.
