Line 9 inch round pan with parchment paper. Butter and flour the pan also

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt in bowl

Chop Carrots. Combine with dry mix.

Combine sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and yogurt.

Combine wet into dry mixture.

Add to cake pan.

Bake for 45 mins. Reduce Heat to 325 and Cook for another 15-20 mins or until cake temp is 205°F in center.

Cool on Rack.

For Frosting: mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
