
Cranberry Apricot Cream Cheese Spread

Preheat ovento350º F

Combine cranberries and sugar in a 2 quart baking dish with lid. Stir well to coat all the berries. Bake in preheated oven, covered, for about 30 minutes, until cranberries pop and release their liquid.

Remove from oven and stir in the apricot jam. Cool to room temperature. Stir in the pecans and then refrigerate overnight to blend the flavors.

To serve, allow cream cheese to come to room temperature, and layer cranberry mixture and cream cheese in a glass serving dish. Garnish with additional pecans if desired.

Serve with an assortment of sturdy crackers, such as Triscuits, and the sliced salami.
