  1. 6porkchops
  2. 1 tspseasoned salt
  3. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  4. 1 cancondensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  5. 2/3 cupmilk
  6. 1/2 cupsour cream
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tsppepper
  9. 1(26 ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  10. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese, divided
  11. 1 can(2.8 ounce) french-gried onions, divided

    Preheat oven 350° F

  2. 2

    Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt, brown chops on both sides in oil.

    thaw out frozen hash brown potatoes

  4. 4

    In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper; stir in hash browns, 3/4 cup cheese and half of onions. Spread into a greased 13-in. X 9-in. X 2-in. baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover and bake at 350°F F° for 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese and french-fried onions. Bake, uncovered, 5-10 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender, cheese is mselted and meat juices run clear.
