4-5lehsun ki Kaliya

Palak ko cut kerke 2-3 bar pani se dho lein.

Ek cooker mein palak, moong dal, tomato, Hari mirch, lehsun, ginger, dhania powder sab dalker 5-6 whistle dilwa dein.

Jab cooker thanda Ho jaye to madhani se mix kar dein.

Ek pan Mein ghee garam kar ke jeera aur red pepper dal kar tadka de.

Roti ke Sath serve Karein.
