Mix water, yeast, salt and oil

Stir by adding flour if necessary

Make the dough rest for 30 mins

Once the dough is ready, lay it in a tray and give it the classic focaccia shape, pressing with fingertips. Add olive oil and salt on top once the dough lies flat on the tray.

Bake in preheated oven at 240 °C for 30 mins
