Clean out inside of chicken. Put half of lemon open side up inside the chicken. Rub with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Rosemary, and thyme.

Bake in large roasting pan for 1-1.5 hours at 375 (400) in apt.

Once finished, put juice into pan. Add flour to make a rue, add milk, cook down. Add salt and pepper, add sour cream and additional floor to thicken. Whisk throughout.

Slice chicken and serve with gravy and rice and spinach sides.
