With a name like that, I just had to try them and you can only make them on a snowy day. They are really very good. The first time I made them according to the recipe and the second time I made them by placing 1 egg in a measuring cup and adding enough milk to make 1 cup.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin

In a bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well. Add margarine and milk; mixture will be lumpy. Quickly add snow and raisins; stir just until blended.

Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, dividing evenly. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
