  • 3 cupCooked Cubed Potatoes
  • 1 lbSmoked Sausage
  • 4 tbspButter
  • 4 tbspFlour
  • 2 cupMilk
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper
  • 1/2 lbVelveta Cheese
  • 1/2 cupCheddar Cheese
  • 1/8 tspPaprika

Steps

55 mins
  1. 1

    Cut sausage in half length wise and then cut into bite size pieces. Cook until light brown

  2. 2

    Put potatoes in dish. Mix with sausage.

  3. 3

    Mix all but Cheddar Cheese and heat - STIR CONSTANTLY

  4. 4

    Pour over potoes and meat. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese.
    Bake 350 for 35 - 45 min
