Boil the rice the normal white rice way.

Wash the chicken and gizzard with salt. Boil them with onions, salt, Maggi, thyme and curry. You can add ginger and garlic if you want.

Wash all the vegetables properly.

Chop all the vegetables and keep them separately. They need to be kept separately because they require different levels of cooking.

Fry your already cooked gizzard and chicken.

Use the oil from he chicken/gizzard frying to fry your chopped vegetables. Start up with the tomatoes, red peppers and onions. After about 5 minutes, pour in the chicken stock. Cover the pot and leave it to cook.

After a few minutes, check the sauce on fire. Add your seasonings accordingly.

When you are sure that your sauce is well cooked, pour in the carrots and green peas. These come in early because they are hard and could taste raw.

When you're sure that the carrots have soften, turn your cooker off. Pour in the spring onions and green peppers, cover the pot and let it simmer.

You can put in your chicken. And gizzard and stir properly.
