  3. 2Tomatoes - medium (pureed/paste)
  4. 2Potatoes - medium - cubed
  5. 1 cupMutter -
  6. 3-4 clovesGarlic -
  7. 3-4 pcGreen chillies -
  8. 1 tbspFresh cream/ malai -
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspRed chillie powder -
  11. 1 tspCiba Turmeric powder -
  12. 1/4 tspCiba hing -
  13. 1 tspCiba garam masala -
  14. 1 tbspOil

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker heat oil and add onion garlic chilli.

    Cook till brownish in colour.

  3. 3

    Add tomato paste. Cook till oil separates.

    Add cream. Mix well.

    Add all dry spices. Cook for 2 mins.

    Add spinach and aloo mutter. Mix well.

    Water 1 cup water. Pressure cook for 2- 3 whistles.

    It's done. Garnish with fresh cream

    Serve hot with tandoori roti/ plain roti/ parathas.
