Ingredients

  1. Shiitake mushrooms
  2. Cubanelle peppers
  3. Fig sweet onion rosemary jam
  4. Cornish Hens
  5. Flour tortillas

Steps

  1. 1

    Slow braise hens until tender (falling off the bone).

  2. 2

    Drain juices and save for later.

  3. 3

    Debone hens.

  4. 4

    Sautee meat, mushrooms, peppers and add desired amount of jam.

  5. 5

    Place ingredients in tortillas.

  6. 6

    Enjoy
