  • Whole Milk
  • More Eggs
  • Sour Cream
  • Vanilla and Salt
  • Melted Butter
  • Mayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Substitute whole milk for water.

  2. 2

    Substitute 3-4 eggs instead of 2 eggs.

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 c sour cream to mix.

  4. 4

    Add 1 tsp Vanilla and 1/4 tsp Salt.

  5. 5

    Substitute melted butter for oil.

  6. 6

    Add 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise.

I use boxed GF cake mixes to make one serving desserts.1 egg
3 tbsp dairy-free milk
1 tbsp sweet liquid (honey, juice, whatever)
1/3 c gf cake mixMix together, put in wherever shape buttered microwave container. Microwave for 90 seconds.Enjoy as it is or with GF/DF ice cream.
