Soak rice for 2-3 hrs

Nicely wash garlic leaves and grind soaked rice n leaves together..

Add more garlic pods, salt,zeera,green chilli coriander n spinach leaves optional n grind Making it coarse

Now add enough water n approx 1 n half katori rice flour n make rava dosa like consistency

Pour in dosa tawa like rava dosa from top to make circle..cool down tawa temp by sprinkling water..

After pouring batter oil it close lid for 30 sec until u see up side cook open lid n let bottom for chilla b crispy

Flip it n cook for 10-20 secs n serve...with any gravy or.chutney..
