Ingredients

  • 1 bowldough
  • 1 cupCrushed jaggery 3 spoon for each Prantha
  • as neededPure ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a ball of the dough, roll it flat.

  2. 2

    Keep jaggery stuffing on one side if roti and fold it like a shape of The and seal the edges by pressing with fork.

  3. 3

    Heat tava, apply ghee and cook both sides of roti like Prantha.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with ghee.
