  1. 11/4 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupChopped Cabbage
  3. 1/4 cupGrated Carrot
  4. 1 tbspGreen chilli paste
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspTurmeric
  7. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspCoriander and cumin powder
  9. 1 tbspwhite til
  10. 1 tbspSugar
  11. 1 tbspLemon juice
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Oil as required

  1. 1

    In a plate take Cabbage, Carrot, all the masala, til, sugar, lemon juice and 2tbsp oil.

    Mix it well.

    Add wheat flour to it.

    With the help of little water make a soft dough.Cover it and rest for just 7 - 8 mins.

    Make small balls from dough.

    Roll small chapati

    Put some oil and shallow fry all the theplas.
