20Soya bean soak in hot water
1 cupGreen matar
2big potato peel.and cut
2finely chopped onion
2finely chopped tomato
2 tspGinger garlic paste
1 tspJeera
to tasteSalt, red Chilli powder,
1/2 tspGaram masa
as neededOil

Steps

Take a pressure cooker add jeera, when it crackle, add onion, cook till light brown, add tomato cook till soft add all masale.

Add some water and mix well.

Add allu, matar and soya been cook till 3 whistle.

Sabji is ready.
