Ingredients

  • 20Soya bean soak in hot water
  • 1 cupGreen matar
  • 2big potato peel.and cut
  • 2finely chopped onion
  • 2finely chopped tomato
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspJeera
  • to tasteSalt, red Chilli powder,
  • 1/2 tspGaram masa
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add jeera, when it crackle, add onion, cook till light brown, add tomato cook till soft add all masale.

  2. 2

    Add some water and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add allu, matar and soya been cook till 3 whistle.

  4. 4

    Sabji is ready.
