  1. 1 packagequinoa, bulgur wheat, spelt or other cereal-based pre-packaged, ready to heat salad
  2. 1tomatoe
  3. 1red onion
  4. 1/2 packagehalloumi cheese

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Slice and gently fry the onion until softened.

  2. 2

    Slice and fry the tomato until charred.

  3. 3

    Slice and fry the halloumi until charred.

  4. 4

    Heat the quinoa or other 'heat in the bag' salad, and serve all mixed together.
