1 packagequinoa, bulgur wheat, spelt or other cereal-based pre-packaged, ready to heat salad
1tomatoe
1red onion
1/2 packagehalloumi cheese

Slice and gently fry the onion until softened.

Slice and fry the tomato until charred.
3

Slice and fry the halloumi until charred.
4

Heat the quinoa or other 'heat in the bag' salad, and serve all mixed together.
