preheat one side of grill to 350*~400* (medium-high) heat. cut off wing tips & discard; cut wings in half at joint

in large bowl- combine everything but chicken, use kosher salt to taste. add chicken & toss to coat evenly
- 3
arrange wings on oiled grill rack over direct heat, with lid closed, about 3-4 minutes each side
- 4
move over to indirect heat & cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink at the bone & fully cooked. serve immediately with favorite dipping sauce
