4 cupcooked rice
1/2 lbcooked shrimp
1 cupfrozen peas and carrots
1 eachchopped onion
2 cloveminced garlic
2 eacheggs
3 tbspsesame oil
1/4 cupsoy sauce

1

heat oil in large skillet on med heat
2

add onion, garlic, veggies and stir untik tender
3

crack eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout veggie mix
4

add rice, shrimp and heat through
5

stir in soy sauce and remove from heat
