Ingredients

  1. 4 cupcooked rice
  2. 1/2 lbcooked shrimp
  3. 1 cupfrozen peas and carrots
  4. 1 eachchopped onion
  5. 2 cloveminced garlic
  6. 2 eacheggs
  7. 3 tbspsesame oil
  8. 1/4 cupsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oil in large skillet on med heat

  2. 2

    add onion, garlic, veggies and stir untik tender

  3. 3

    crack eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout veggie mix

  4. 4

    add rice, shrimp and heat through

  5. 5

    stir in soy sauce and remove from heat
