Soak chhole in water for overnight. Then boil it in pressure cooker with some salt and soda.

Blanch spinach and make it puree.

Take a pan. Heat oil. Add onion paste and fry it till golden brown. Add tomato paste and fry it. Add some salt, chhole masala, red chilli powder and haldi.

Fry it till the oil leave the pan.then add spinach puree. And cook it for 5 minutes.

Then add boiled chhole and some water as per your gravy requirement.

Add garam masala. Cook it for further 5 minutes.add some lemon juice.

Garnish it with ginger slices and coriander leaves.
