Steps

Firstly pluck the leaves of palak and wash it with water.Drain all the water properly.

In a pan add these leaves and sprinkle some water and put it in low flame.Cook it till it becomes mashy.

Take it out and let it cool. Add this into hand blender and blend it into smooth paste.

Add oil to pan and fry baby potatoes till it turns brown Colour.Take it aside.

Now in a pan add oil.Add onions and green Chillies and saute till it is done.

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute the aroma goes off.

Now add palak paste to it and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.Add water and cook it for a while.

Add salt,chilli powder and chat masala and mix it well.Cook it for 5 to 10 minutes.

Now Add fried potatoes to the pan and cook it for 2 to 3 mins and off the stove.

Take into serving plate and enjoy the dish with rice or roti.
